OK, well, we're here at um 2405. And as far as. This is the front. This is the yard. Is it well kept? It's OK. Doesn't look very beautifully kept, but it's OK. And um signage restrictions, no no restrictions, you can park on the street, has a circular driveway as you can see there, um, you can come in and out, this is a very quiet street, quiet neighborhood, you can come in with your groceries, your luggage, you can probably park multiple cars there. Just show you kind of the street here. This is actually Tower Drive. It's a nice street here in this neighborhood. Big trees. You do have some steps going up into the front door. A little cardboard I guess there, but you would probably just park right here, right in the street. It's about 4 p.m. right now. OK, well, this is the 2nd prompt immediate neighbors and possible deal breakers. Um, again, this is a very nice, nice street. These are the neighbors. Um, So, as all spotters are here in True vibe, we're locals. So that there is, um, Spring Drive and then at the bottom here is a park, Cherrytown Park. And, um, Um, there are no real, there are no dumpsters. There's a house that's being built. 124 houses down. I don't know if you see that 4 houses down, it's a new, new house. I don't think they make too much noise, but you should know about that. Um, it's a very quiet street. Um, it's a very family friendly street. So as I said, down there, there's a park. And then in the afternoon, a lot of the children play there and then up there at the end there is Exposition Drive, but you wouldn't hear the, the noise from there. So that would be my. Um, My 2 cents. And I think this area is really, you do need a car here, but you could walk from here to Randall's, which is about a 10-minute walk. OK, this is the neighborhood walkabout, um. I'm gonna walk down Tower Drive, as I mentioned before, that's where the park is. I should say that as I've been here a few minutes, I don't think anyone, I think this house is, is not being lived in, um, that's not a bad thing necessarily, but I would, I would say that there is a little sticker there on the front door, but it's, um, it's not being lived in. So, there's no one there, so, um, so I would say that the, the. Um, the park is down this hill, so this is a downhill. Depends when you come, it might matter, it might not, but this is a downhill to Tarrytown Park. Um, which is about, uh, I'm not gonna be able to walk the whole way, but that's about it. It's right at the end there, so that's, I would say that's a 5 minute walk. And then at the top there, as I said in the earlier video, it's about a 10 minute walk to Randall's and a uh Starbucks, um, but I'm just gonna walk a little bit for you to see it, um. And on a clear day, or more of a winter, I don't know if you see there at the end, that it's called Tower Drive because you do see. Uh, University of Texas Tower. At the end there. I don't know if you see that, but you do see the tower which is, uh, lit up when. Uh, the Longhorns. It's a good Audi. Um, oh yeah, that's the Tarrytown pharmacy. So the, the pharmacy is also a 10 minute walk. And um I think I'm gonna stop the video here, but that's, they do have construction here today. Um, I don't know when you're gonna be booking this, but you should note that, but they're not here at night. So the Tarrytown Park is right there at the end. Probably where that van is stopping. 100 yards from here. OK. And again, this is the neighborhood. And I'll walk right back up.
