Austin's Garden Street. Exploring Austin's 1613 Garden Street: A Blend of Historic and Modern Living

All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua, True Vibe, and we are standing in front of 1613 Garden Street in Austin, Texas. And uh just soaking in the vibes over here. Seems pretty quiet, um, got a neighbor down there, he's got some. Got about 10 chickens and a rooster. Uh, they're just going through the yard, getting some grub on, and, uh, just enjoying their day. Um, they won't let you get too close. They, they kind of take off. I tried to say hello, but. Um, anyways, I mean, If you like want the sound of a rooster waking you up. This might be the spot for you, you know, um. But yeah, we see some newer homes, some updated homes, um, we got a home that's being built right now, under construction. Still building, um, got some of the older ones as well, mixed in. Um But very cool. I'm noticing a couple of these uh addresses over here, got some A's and B's. It's got a couple sides. This one looks like maybe. Yeah, this is a side on this one. So some maybe some more room in the back with guest house or whatnot, um. Yeah. Got a couple of cool little spots over in this area, so. Um, yeah, if the price is right, I definitely stay in the area just because it's pretty chill, it's pretty quiet, um. We're really close to the lake of our lake, so it's not too bad over here and. Oh, I got the pup. He's all running around. They're outside playing. So that's cool. He's enjoying his afternoon. And, uh, go play with the ball. Cool. So yeah. Anyways, uh, that's gonna wrap it up. This is what a rental looks like. And the area looks like near 1613 Garden Street. And once again, that's on the corner of like Garden and Cole Mall, that's what we're coming up to right now.
