Holly Street Insights. Exploring Holly Street: A Cozy Austin Neighborhood with Urban Vibes

All right y'all, this is Joshua with True Vibe once more, uh, we're standing in front of 1611 Holly Street here in Austin, Texas. Once again, just doing. Little neighborhood check, show you guys a view on what it'd be like to stay near here. Uh, it's pretty quiet on this side. This seems like a little bit of a busier road, got the two lanes going, so, um, not very far away from the highway. If you keep going up here to the left, you're going to the freeway, and, uh. That would be I-35, so it looks like it's a. Might be like a little off-ramp there. I think that's where it is. Um, um, but it looks like there's a little corner store over here on the corner, um, and these houses, uh, Look a little bit older. Some of them are a little bit updated, um, as far as externally and stuff like that. I see some new fresh paint jobs looking. Couple of uh nice yards, you know, very well kept over here on this side. And a couple of houses that have a little bit of work, but Um, all in all, yeah, it's pretty quiet over here and you see we got people walking their dogs out, um, but yeah, this is a little bit of a busier corridor, so you're gonna probably hear a lot more traffic rolling through, uh, especially during the rush hour. Um, there's also, uh, a school pretty close by, so, um, I know that once that school gets out, the traffic can be a little bit more, uh, Congested over here around 3 o'clock. I think the school is gonna be right up here on Cole Mall to the right. Um, you can just walk up there. Yeah, no, it's a pretty cool little neighborhood. You see we got the, it's called the Breadbasket Food Store, so just a little corner store. They got a food truck over here. Um, and we are. About six-minute walk from that park over there where we was at, uh, so. Right there, uh, you're right there by Ladybirdd Lake, go hang out in the water, go to the park, relax, chill, have a picnic. That's, that's the types of vibes we got over here. So, anyways, uh, cool collection of plants over there. Um, but yeah, it's a pretty, uh, chill little area, doesn't seem too, uh, sketchy or anything like that, so. Good vibes all the way around.
