All right, y'all, this is Joshua with True Vibe, and we are between 38 and 39 on Salena Road in Austin, Texas. Just checking out the neighborhood here and showing you guys a little of what's going on. There's that park over here, um, we're actually a little bit closer than we were before, so we're just gonna walk down and see what they got over here. But, uh, here in the neighborhood it's pretty quiet. Got a couple people out working. Looks like they're getting ready for the, to take their boats out, possibly over there. Getting the truck ready Um, but yeah, pretty quiet neighborhood, lots of birds. Chirping. Uh, And yeah, this looks like a pretty cool park. I could see the water from here for Ladybird Lake. Um, this is like, uh, Pretty sure, oh yeah, yeah, it's uh. Pull back over here. Let's pull the pool. So we got a few kids in the park plans. Um, Cleanest plots for shade and relaxing and you can see Lady Bird Lake just kind of over the horizon over there. Um, so yeah, uh, it's pretty cool. Got some grills out. And uh this is uh actually they call uh Chicano Park, so. It's a cool little spot. Come hang out, enjoy the vibes, the families. They do a lot of, uh, sometimes I think on Sundays they do like. Uh, like car, car shows where a bunch of people come and bring their like low riders and stuff like that. So it's actually heard, heard some cool things about the spot over here, but, um, it's the vibes in this area. Um, this is what a Uh, the area looks like near 38 Selena Street, and, uh, yeah, the price is right, definitely stay in the area, um, and yeah, just get. Be really close, you know, you'd be close by to the water, so it'll be a good spot to go down and just hang out and. Soak in the vibes.
