Austin Parking Access. Parking Analysis Reveals Easy Guest Access at Austin Residence

OK, we're going to. Arrive here as if this is the first prompt. If you were to park, there were guests arriving with luggage. This is the property. So a pretty narrow driveway. But very doable. There are no parking restrictions. This is not a neighborhood that you need a sticker. To park, even if it's very close to Austin. So that's the good news. There's no fire hydrants. And uh, There's a carport. So you could definitely park under the carport. It's very easy. There's a door, there's a side door there. And uh, Could probably park. 4 or so cars here, no problem. OK, this is the 2nd prompt, the access and the entry. Reality And uh I think, you know, I would say that the The, uh, the path is very straightforward. You do have a step there to the front door. Um, So there's a step through to the front door if you have any challenges there, but it's very, very easy. To access the side door, as you can note there. There are no really narrow passages. There is a fence there. That you can open up to the back. And I do know that from the back there, you can access the back door. Um, It's uh, not particularly well lit in the evening, I would say, but the the the carport does have a light. Um, it is covered, as you can tell. And as far as safety, this is a very safe neighborhood. Um, but you know, clearly it's not very, very well lit, but if you have a car, you can light it up. And you do hear a dog barking there, if that might be bothersome, but. Um, So, as I said, it, it is a safe neighborhood, but, um, I wouldn't be too concerned about that, and they're not, there's a, if you have any concerns about steps. Um, There's not really much. Of a problem here to just kind of wheel yourself right in there. This is prompt number 3, delivery and ride share. Um, well, Uber and Lyft to come here all the time. This is a very common area. Um. And Instacart. There's no gate codes. This is highly accessible. It's literally one minute away from what's called MEC, uh, which is Route One right, right up the street there. You get off on Windsor or Westover. You come right up here. You're 20 minutes from the airport. On a good day I should say, maybe 30 minutes, um, on a bad day, and, um, you come right up here, you get dropped off right here or right there, or you come from there. And, um, Instacart as well. Normally Instacart delivers here from HEB. Um, or from anywhere really, but HEB does have its own delivery. Um, and DoorDash, DoorDash comes here. Of course, and you would deliver there so really no issues whatsoever for any of those delivery services here they come all the time there's no gate codes, no problems.
