Guys, we are in front of 1009 West 25th Street. It looks pretty cool with the tree. It's a little interesting. It's a nice looking tree. Um, but anyways, yeah, it's um. Pretty quiet over here. Got a little bit of foot traffic coming through, a little bit of. Um, students just walking around, so it's just like maybe like a. HubSpot for a lot more uh student housing, whatnot um. And uh Yeah. Got motorized vehicles and. Cars walking by, but. Uh, looks like this, uh, The yard could be cleaned up for sure. There's a lot of trash and garbage. Um, so, ground could be kept up a little bit better, but Somebody left their shoes, uh, but yeah, that's uh. That's what it looks like over here, um, near 1009 West 25th Street in Austin, Texas. It's really like right now and uh. For the most part, I'd say yeah, it's pretty calm, the walkability. It's pretty good. Got good sidewalks and everything. Um, I see there's um more parking, um, meter parking. And a couple of these spots have, uh, their own, uh, driveways or whatnot so. Uh, I'm gonna step off the curb here.
