Austin Rental Check. Austin Rental Property Examined: Does 2404 Tower Drive Meet Expectations?

OK, well, this is, uh, Truvi local spotter. This is the, House in question. And um, this is the driveway. This is the house. It's a, it's nicely kept. Yes, absolutely. And um there's no restrictions here. This is a very nice road on Tower Drive. Um, you'd really park right here. It's a very nice neighborhood. I think you've selected. And um it'd be very easy to come in and out. That's actually Spring Drive over there. So if you were to come from Austin, you'd probably get off there on exposition. Um, As I said, we're local spotters, so we know this area pretty well. And, uh, if you were to come here late at night, this is a, it's not, it's not very well lit. There's no, there's no lights. There's no um local lights here, but um it's a very safe neighborhood. And um we would park. There's a lot of street parking. You can tell you probably have 2 or 3 or even 4 cars. And this is the location. OK, this is the 2nd prompt. Have any deal breakers. This is the immediate neighborhood here. Um, this is the neighbor across the street. You know, would we feel good about arriving here? Again, this is a pretty very safe neighborhood. It's very close to central Austin. You would, you would definitely need a car here. Um, This is, as I said, Tower Drive. On a nice day, you would see the tower, the UT tower down there. I think you might see it. Um, That down there is where it is, that's MAC. It's um, that's the highway in Austin. You don't really hear MAC. Um, so there's a soundproof wall there, so you wouldn't really be hear it at night. And uh over there it's called Exposition. So that's another road that you would be coming from. But there are no dumpsters. There are no power lines. Um Really, there's no messy neighbors. I should point out that 2 or 3 doors down, if you look at that area, there is a house under construction. Down here. Um, during the day, there's some noise, um, and there's a little bit more traffic here I've noticed, um, but that shouldn't be too bothersome. But overall, these are very nice stately homes. This isn't very cold. Terrytown. OK, well, you asked for a neighborhood walkabout. This is the 3rd prompt of a park, a cafe. I should note that the park is right down this road. You see this lady walking down, she's taking her dog down this road. We can go down there. Um, but if you go up here, so that's the property there, about a 10 minute walk up there is Starbucks and Randall's, and, uh, and a 5 minute walk is another cafe up here, and I'll just. I'll just go up there. For you to see. We won't be able to see it on the video, but you'll see kind of what the neighborhood looks like a little bit. Um, So from here, you're about, I mean, in a car, you're about 5 minutes from a shopping, a grocery shopping, and a Starbucks, and a pharmacy. Going this direction. And the church and the gas station. Not even that, I would say 3 minutes in this direction. Um, So you get a sense of the houses. And here this is called Spring Lane. And you were turned right here. And. This is where you are. So, I'll just give you a quick peek. This is a very Nice neighborhood. So in that direction. You can hear the traffic there And as I mentioned, down there is the park. OK.
