Neighborhood Inspection. Austin Neighborhood Reviewed for Quietness and Condition Amidst Nearby Construction

OK, welcome to uh True Vibe. This is uh prompt number one, the immediate neighbors of the property. We're actually gonna go and approach the property. That you're looking at And as you can tell, this is a very nice street. This is, uh, the property is on the left. It's the red house there on the left. And with that car, that black car. So it's very well maintained. Neighborhood. Um, the house across the street. As a local who lives here will tell you that's actually not that no one resides in this house. Um, it's a little bit unkempt. Um, but the good news is that no one lives here, so actually you won't get any noise from here. Um, There are no junk cars. The, the yard here looks a little bit overgrown, but it's actually very well maintained. The person. Loves her yard. Um, And, um, the houses on one side and the other are very nicely maintained as well. Um, So this is what you would be kind of around. This is an uphill, not a big. Degree of uphill, but it is an uphill on the way up to the house from, um, MA, that's the highway over there, so it's about a, it's really one minute from the exit. And you would come up here. And there you are. OK, this is prompt number 2. We're right in front of the house. This is for environmental factors. It's very quiet. This is a Saturday It's 10 o'clock in the morning. There's a car backing out. Um It's normally a very quiet neighborhood. During the day they'll be. Some construction Down the street 23 houses down, there's some construction of a new house being built. There are no construction sites other than that. As far as uh smells, no smells. Well, especially today, it's a very cloudy. And, uh, It's a very cold day. Oh this is a very nice. This is the 3rd prompt. The community vibe check, neighbors, friendly indifferent condition of shared spaces. Um, This is a very quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are generally keep to themselves. Um, there are a lot of pets here. A lot of people with dogs, you do definitely hear barking, but this is a very. Um, I guess a friendly neighborhood, I would call it. I'm gonna go down a little bit where you will see. A bit more of the of the street. I did mention in a previous video that there was some construction of a house. This is the house in the construction. During the day you will see a lot of cars in this area of the construction workers. Nothing I don't think to be too concerned about. Uh, but you will definitely hear some noise there. There's a little bit of ambient noise of the highway. But again, nothing that's not. To be concerned about. There's a dog right there. And, um, as a matter of fact, there's another house under construction over here. That you might Dear Grant, see like some. Construction traffic as well. But again, I wouldn't really consider that as a deal breaker. And that's the park at the end there.
