You asked about dog parks. Let me introduce you to the tarrytown . Dog park, I would say this is tarrytown . If you live near this area right now they're not a lot of dogs, but you see one there. It's a really kid friendly area. Dogs love it. You can kind of leave your dogs on without a leash. It has a little water. It has a little stream here. And uh it's, it's definitely. Uh, for the kids during the day, but if you come in the early morning or the late afternoon, um, sometimes there are quite a few dogs here. And um a lot of sniffing. And squirrels to be chased. And again, this is Tarrytown Park, if you look it up, it's kind of sometimes they call it the uh the rectangle park, I'm sorry, the square park. And um And it's very nice, as you can tell. You can always come here with your dog. And uh Right now there are not many children and um Sometimes there are, but But either way In the early morning and the late evenings, certainly you would see a lot of dogs and their owners hanging out here. And we have a little potential chase about to occur here between The dog. And a squirrel. which I presume. The squirrel will win. Because this particular dog. Watches and waits generally for too long. Let's see what happens actually. In anticipation. I don't know if you have the patience to wait. Oh. It's, it's a standoff. It's a little standoff here.
