All right, y'all, this is Joshua with, uh, True Vibe, and we're on the corner of Comal and César Chávez DC. Uh, and we're gonna walk down here, uh, uh, check out the area. Uh, I see there's a bus stop right here, but, uh, I hear some live music. Uh, sounds like it's coming from, uh. This place over here Uh, well, no, it's just a radio playing, but it's we'll call ATX. And oh yeah, they do have some music going. Uh, I can't see it from here, but it looks like we're all private event. It's pretty cool, um. Anyways. Sounds pretty cool. And uh yeah, we're just walking down here. We've got, uh, this is Haywood, it's a hotel, uh. And uh, A couple of uh little breakfast spots. It's like a little taco shop with the way, um, gas station if you need it. Um, then there's Parlay, which uh I actually learned about a couple of weeks, a couple of days ago, but it's like a, uh, it's an Irish pub and it's pretty good, uh, from what I've heard. So, uh, something to check out and looks like they got coffee as well, so. Um, anyways, uh, and then. If you keep going down the street, there's gonna be more uh food and uh restaurants as well, uh, High Noon and Drinks Lounge, it's a good spot to go check out. Uh, Dovetail Tattoo, uh, that's actually who told me about, uh, Parlay over here. So, uh, it's pretty, pretty chill little area right now. Seems, uh, pretty cool, South by Southwest, so we've got a lot of people in town, but there's not a lot of foot traffic on Cesar Chavez, so, um. Yeah, anyways, um, if you wanna stay near, uh, 1510 East Cesar Chavez Street in Austin, Texas, uh, this is what it feels like right now, um, and if you want your own real check, go toruruvibe.in and get your custom video proof. This is Joshua Truba, and we're sitting for Kamal and Cindy Chavez, uh, and just showing you guys over the area. Uh, what's going on around here, uh, right across the way from, uh, Casa Bianca. Yeah, anyways, uh, just tell you guys some like areas to come check out, um, obviously I showed you a little bit of the, the bars and things like that, um, Dovetail, uh, tattoo, Parley, French Lounge, um, those are some good spots going in that direction and then. So if you, uh, take a right here on a Cole Mall and go up to 6 and take a left or right, you are gonna run into some bars over in that area as well. Um, you got food, restaurants and bars, and, uh, live music and everything as well. So, um, and then straight, uh, down probably about a. You know, 10 minute drive depending on traffic to uh get across the way and uh check out more downtown. Um, the Whole Foods nearby, so there's a lot, a lot of things over here, um. Uh, been through the neighborhoods. It looks like, uh, we got a lot of street parking. Doesn't look like, uh, some of them are, uh, looks like it's paid. Uh, you go more this way. There's some more permit parking and things like that as well, so. Um, and then, yeah, if you need to get around, you can always catch a scooter or hop in an Uber, Lyft, or whatever you choose. But yeah, uh, we're booking here. I'd say around, uh. I'd say around this area, probably like uh the 2nd, 3rd Street area or further down um into the neighborhood over here going towards uh Cerio Chavez, you have some cool houses.
