All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua True Vibe, and we are on the corner of Haskell and Chalmers in front of 1701 Haskell Street, and uh it's the location right there. And uh yeah, just taking a walk through the neighborhood, um. Back over there, that's a. Middle school, high school, middle school, or Martin Middle School. Right there on Chalmers and uh. Yeah, it's pretty cool, chill area. Seems to be uh. Pretty quiet. Um, a lot of nice looking houses over here though. What's up. Yeah, very modern looking. This one looks like it's being updated, but. Still also very nice. It's cool. We are close to Ladybird Lake. Probably about a 6 minute. Drive To get over there, not even that, but Yeah, it's pretty quiet over here. See uh. All right, y'all, and we are here on the corner of Pascal and Chicon, and, uh, I don't know if you'd see it up there, but the little sign indicates where, uh, basically like where lake starts, you can go up there, um. And uh See over there, check out Lady Bird, hit the trail, um, and then if you ride Chicon all the way down, it goes all the way through, um, to 7th Street and take you up to, you know, 6th and you'll find lots of bars and stuff in the area. And uh see, there's scooters around. Looks like there's some people over there. The home, but yeah, it's a pretty cool chill area. Uh, not too much going on. There's a couple of people walk in.
