All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with True Vibe, and we are on the corner of Garden and Robert T Martinez on the east side of Austin, uh, kind of near, uh, Cesar Chavez and Lady Bird Lake. So we're kind of dead smack in the middle, but, um, yeah, we're just gonna. Walk down, check out the neighborhood a little bit, show you guys what's going on, um. But like I said, we're close to Cesar Chavez. Uh, this is, uh, Robert C. Martinez of, of the way, uh, and, uh. Yeah, if you take uh Robert C. Martinez, you can go all the way down to 7th Street, get to the highway, um, right before 7th to 6th, and that's where you're gonna find all your bars and, uh, nightlife things to do. And if you hit a right on 6, you, you know, you can go down to, uh, check out, uh, HEB and there's a couple of stores over there. So, um, auto parts store, it's kind of like a little neighborhood. Uh, shopping center, uh, and then. Uh, yeah, there's a. Pretty cool little neighborhood going over here. It looks like they got some like modern newer houses mixed in with some of the older ones, but. Looks like most of them are pretty updated. The yards are well maintained and uh. It's pretty quiet vibes over here. I'm sure it's busier, uh, I'm, I think it's actually spring break right now, so I'm sure it's a little bit louder come lunchtime out here with the kids running around, but Um. Right now, it's uh pretty calm and chill. Let's listen to the birds, see some interesting er architecture around here, so. It's pretty cool. Uh, like I said, it's, it's got some, uh, you know, older homes, but then you've also got some of those newer, um, updated architecture and looks pretty modern over here. I love this house on the corner, so it looks pretty cool, um. And yeah, just uh. Pretty quiet vibes right now. Again, we mentioned that uh the elementary school over here. So it's a, it's a pretty chill little area. Not too much traffic going through but Couple cars here and there is lunchtime, so. People are going to go get some lunch, grab some lunch, uh, see how everybody heads towards Cesar Chavez, so. Um Yeah, probably get some good spots over there to go grab the food got Chalmers.
