All right, what's going on, everyone? This is Joshua with TruVibe, and we are right across the way from 900 West on Pearl Street and 24th. In Austin, Texas, and we're just showing you guys a view of the area so. Sorority or Fraternity. It's like, go hookah shop across the way. And uh. Yeah, just, uh, a little smoke shop, but, um. See, it's pretty chill today. Not too much uh traffic going through. It's, uh, The sun's poking out a little bit right now, but for the most part, it's really cloudy out, so. That rain could be coming any moment. It is actually kind of a nice day outside, um, this season. Yeah 3 blocks away from Guadaloupe, so that's gonna be the closest area I got, so we got, of course there's other spots along the way check out, but. The body's gonna be that man trip to the bars around. Food and stuff like that, so. That's when you're getting towards campus, you got a lot of thrift shops. A bunch of stores or whatever, um, to check out, so. Uh, but if you want to stay here. Pearl and 24th. This is what the area looks like right now. Looks like there's some, uh, some couple of places to stay here in the areas apartment complexes and whatnot. There's a lot of them downtown on this side and there, um. school area, so UT campus, uh, surroundings, but, um, there's uh. See, uh, like I said, a bunch of restaurants and, um, like a ramen tatsuya. A hole in the walls bar, um they do live music and. Uh, yeah, there's coffee shops. I've vintage stores to go check out, so. Nice kicks as well. Cobbo bobs. So there's some good spots in the area come by and see. Um, and then for parking, uh, we got some street parking available as well. Um, a lot of these places have whatever this, uh, paid street parking on this block over here. Um, and there might be some other little gaps or whatever. Maybe some of these apartment complexes have a parking garages, but that’s it over here, um, so anyways, uh.
