Uh, a couple of apartments and, uh, complexes in the building, uh, we were kind of around this area other earlier towards the end of this block with San Pedro and, uh. Sit down there. Oh, no, San Gabriel and uh San Pedro and Poplar was a street and uh. Anyways, yeah, see we've got some, uh, looks like a little bit more updated or newer apartment buildings and complexes, um, but there's also some of the ones that have been here for a while, so, yeah. Um, but Lawn looks well maintained and uh it seems pretty quiet here throughout the day, so. Um, yeah. If the price is right, I definitely uh would stay in this area just because, yeah, it is close by to some things if I need it, um. Get the side of Austin, probably like a or. Uh, yeah, 9 on a 10 scale of 1 to 10, just because, yeah, you can find some pretty cool houses in this area, so, and apartments, whatever, if it's just like the convenience and the, uh, the rates would probably be a little bit cheaper, but.
