Local Park Conditions. Austin Park Near Blackson Ave Provides Leisure but Lacks Maintenance

Alright y'all, so we're at uh. 505 Blacksson. This is a 360 degree view of the area the day before the storm hits. Yeah, OK. Uh, it looks pretty nice around here. It's not too bad, uh, pretty quiet looking neighborhood, and stuff up here, there's traffic in the road. All right, so, so they're asking for deal breakers. Uh, well, this is the parking situation. I show you guys that. Then also, you know, we have street parking all down, there's no paid parking or anything anywhere else. We’re in North Austin, so, it's a pretty quiet neighborhood, uh. Look like there might be some kids about some uh. You know, just uh family, single family homes, so it's pretty quiet over here. All right, so, um. I guess this might be a park, there's a soccer field, there's people playing soccer out here. It's uh about a one minute walk from the property, um, but a big open field, so, you know, come check it out. Other than that, um. I mean, I feel like probably people bring their dogs here, uh. Looks pretty safe as well. I mean, it's a little It's not very well taken care of, but it's, you know, it's, it is what it is. I think it could be better, but it looks like it's on the property of like a church or something like that.
