Location Discrepancy. Misaligned Real Estate Tour Fails to Capture Intended Austin Address

All right guys, we're at this beautiful home on 205 Croslin up here in uh northeast Austin area. Um, neighbors, everything seems really nice. There are, there is a, uh, trash can out, but, you know, it's OK. Um Nice trees in the neighborhood. Close to a downtown 35 area. Yard looks very, really green, kept up, fertilized. I like the rock works. And then the back property back there. It's really nice. I like that fence. I love the trees out here. Alright guys, so I'm outside, um, in the neighborhood. It is kind of trafficky and noisy. You can hear the traffic from 35 and just the busy area, but you know, living in the city, those are some of the ambient noises that you get used to and, and, um, it makes living in the city and the city vibe all worthwhile. You know it did just rain. They are doing a little bit of construction, so you know you're gonna see some of the driveways and some of the yards that pretty much have been drenched, but I know that once everything comes back and the sun comes out, everything's gonna be nice and green. This is a really, really lovely neighborhood. All right, so from the closest walkable feature from the address is Haven Food Mart, um, a little Metro PCS. They got the, the Food Mart. They got a little salon and they have a food truck. Right here. Hi guys, how y'all doing? I got your menu for y'all. So not too far from the address. And then across the way there is an actual gas station and the Longhorn Market and Pepe's fruit cup, so. Good little selection for, you know, the walk that you're gonna be doing close to I-35 right down there. I dig it.
