So, and obviously I, I mean, with that road being worked on down there, it's probably not gonna be too much going on today, but um, Yeah, it's pretty quiet over here, good vibes. Hear the birds chirping. And, uh, Yeah, so it's like a condo over here, but um, It's kind of like it looks like remnants of old East Austin over here, uh, what it looks like. Uh, we do have some, some newer nicer homes that are Updated and this looks like a condo over here. It's pretty cool. Well, it's a house. Yeah, it's just one side, so, yeah, looks cool.
