Austin Rental Check. Exploring Riverside: A Glimpse Into Austin's Rental Scene Near Elmont Dr

All right, y'all, what's going on? This is Joshua with uh TruVibe, and we are checking out more of the Riverside Pleasant Valley area. Uh, we're staying outside of the Bella Lakeshore Apartments right now and, uh, just showing you guys, um, these apartments seem to be a little bit nicer. Um, we did notice like gates and stuff like that, key access codes and stuff like that. So, it's a little bit higher. We got these apartments across the way is the Waterloof flats, and then right up, uh, around the corner over here is a bar named Frazier's. Um, Looks like we're pretty close, we're getting closer to Ladybird Lake over there. It's probably about uh Say about 10 or 15 minute walk, get down to the trail, um, so you can go biking, whatever like that, could be pretty close by, but, um, yeah, just um a little bit quieter, a little less foot traffic. There's a lot of people out walking their dogs right now, but, uh, Seems to be a little bit better as far as like the area goes, um, not as much. Activity going on, um, but yeah, a couple of apartment buildings, so this is what a rental, uh, near Elmont Drive in Austin, Texas looks like right now.
