All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with TruVibe, and we are hanging out here on West twenty-sixth in Rio Grande and just showing you guys a little view of the area. Uh, you can see right across the way, we got a, uh, little food truck mart and uh, Yeah, just people out and about walking in between class. Um, we're right by UT campus, so we're about 2 blocks away from Guadalupe. And uh Guadalupe, Guad. Whatever they call it out here. It's up to you, um, but, uh, Anyways, uh, yeah, we're just gonna walk down, catch some of this shade right now. It's getting a little warm out here. It's about 80. Degrees today on the, on the temperature. It is breezy though. Feels good in the shade, so. Yeah, um, This looks like we got a little apartment complex, and a couple of apartments over here. So apartment building up above as well. Uh, And uh some more housing over here down the right. So, yeah, pretty chill little area, it's nice and quiet right now, um. Oh yeah, uh, so I just found out from the, uh, Smoke and Vape shop (The Glassmith) that they do a market here on Thursdays. Um, so, you'll wanna come out, check out a world market with the vendors and glass blowing and Food and all that, live music, uh, check it out. It's, uh, pretty cool. I see like good people, so survive over here right now, um. It's Monday, so usually not open though, you know, on Mondays, set day to get recovery from the weekend. But, uh, anyways, uh, yeah, I told you guys earlier, uh, we're, we're right on the UT campus on the, uh, east or west side, and, uh, genuinely like, yeah, we're about. You know, 15 minutes away from the football stadium, depending on traffic. Um, but then also, yeah, the closest strip over here is gonna be, uh, Guadalupe and there is a uh bunch of shops and stores, uh, thrift shops. Restaurants. Um, skate shop. yeah, they're all pretty cool. There's a Target as well down there. So, um, it's pretty chill, uh, lots of live music venues. There's a hole in the wall, it's just right around the corner. I think about, you know, 6-minute walk from here. Um, and, uh, yeah, it's pretty chill, but, uh, yeah, I'd say, yeah, this is a good little area, obviously, college, college vibes are chill, uh, and, uh, yeah, that's what's going on, so.
