East Austin Alert. Potential Development in East Austin: Local Insider Highlights Temporary Perks of a Vacant Lot Next to Airbnb

Hey guys, I'm looking for deal breakers here. The only red flag I see, is it's right next to a vacant lot. So, right now, that's not a problem. Eventually, this is not gonna be a vacant lot and they're gonna build something here. That is gonna be less convenient when they start construction, but for right now, this is a great stay. No red flags, just one yellow flag. 😂 Here's the demolition notice. But I would definitely stay here. This is like the perfect spot in Austin. If I was gonna stay in Austin, I would stay in this area!
