What's going on over here? Uh, it's pretty quiet, pretty chill, not so much going on, um. We're only about a block away from Cesar Chavez, so you'll still probably catch some noise or whatnot, but it's pretty chill over here right now. Saw somebody parked their car over here and got hit. It does not look like it's in good condition, but. Um, yeah, uh, street parking can be like that sometimes, uh. But, you know, for the most part, it seems like everything else is pretty chill. It's not too much foot traffic going in through here, so, um, That's good. Um, got plenty of sidewalk space, so you can walk through, um, hear the birds chirping. Um, but yeah, if, uh, the price is right, um, it's like we got some like, you know, newer modern homes and, um, good mixed in. So if the, you know, if there's something over here that was in the right price range that I'm looking for, um, this would be a good spot to stay cause yeah, it's, you know, pretty close to the action still, so, um. Uh, yeah, East Cesar Chavez is a pretty good area to stay in, so. Um, yeah, but, uh, this is what a rental near 1409 Willow Street looks like in Austin, Texas, and this is, uh, 78702 zip code.
