East Austin Overview. East Austin Community Offers Convenience but Lacks Downtown Appeal

All right guys, what's going on? This is Joshua TruVibe again. Uh, like I said, you can see that HEV, it's right across the way. We're still at Vibe on Riverside. It's off of Wickersham in Riverside. Um, and, uh. Yeah, uh, it seems pretty chill right now, that traffic is gonna pick up. This, this road does get really busy. Especially, um, during the rush hour. So it's a good thing to know. Um, yeah, there's, there's a couple, there's another, uh, shopping center across the way. There's also our, uh, a Planet Fitness, uh, there's a Subway, there's a Little Caesars, there's a gas station. So like any of those things that you kind of need over here, we're gonna find something for you. Um, and, uh, yeah, once you get back down to, uh, You know, get to Riverside, you can take that highway straight down for about 7 minutes if you're driving, um, and hit that, uh, hit I-35 or you can hop on the highway and get into downtown or. Go south, uh. Towards, uh, San Antonio. So, anyways, uh, this is what a rental near 1825 South Pleasant Valley Road in Austin, Texas looks like right now. 78741. And one last point I want to make is like, yeah, if, I mean, if the price is right and I had to stay in this area, like I wouldn't be my favorite spot to stay, um, just cause it's so far out of the way, um, I'm more of a, uh, you know, city kind of person, but, um, for the amenities, you know, with the HEB across the street, if it's just like, you know, hey, this is what we could find, it was the closest and the cheapest like, um, in the area, then this would be an OK spot to stay. Seems like it's a pretty quiet community for the most part, um. But uh yeah, there's a lot going on. There's a little bus station on. I guess people often over there, but Um, for the most part it's, you know, it seems like it's pretty chill today, so every day is different, um, but anyways, uh, that's gonna wrap it up for us.
