All right y'all, so this is Joshua with TruVibe again, checking in with you guys, and we are live on Lavaca in 2nd Street and just uh got to Check out the Willie Nelson statue and show you guys a little bit of the view of the neighborhood around. Um, it's a pretty busy part of town, good little foot traffic going in right now. Um, but yeah, this is, uh, review down 2nd, and, uh, We got a view down Lavaca, see the W Hotel right there in the background. Um, then we got some, um, You know, it looked like an older apartment building, um, I think it's called the Amli downtown, and, uh. Probably where we're looking, uh, you know, I, I think like that would be a good spot for an Airbnb to be a place cause it's kind of right here in the middle of everything. Um, you're a couple blocks away from Congress and you're a couple of ways of, uh, you know, probably about 3 blocks away from 6th Street. Um, and then, yeah, if you came to see a concert here for ACL, then you're right across the street and you just gotta wake up and you don't gotta catch an Uber or anything to get here. Um, but yeah, uh, seems, uh, pretty chill, pretty quiet. Uh, there is a, uh, You know, the bus, uh, line runs over on this way, so you have that as available, but, uh. If you guys wanna catch the buses and everything like that, then that's a good way to go, um, but it does, you guys are a little bit dicey over here when you're especially towards the like the bus areas and stuff like that, um, so that would probably be like the most that little section I think. Is it down to the left, about a block, block down, down, uh, one block away there's a bus station, uh, so I get a little dicey sometimes because, uh, the neighborhood is, you know, it's, it's downtown. There's many homeless people and stuff like that, but for the most part you're sick to yourself, you're pretty good. Uh, we got an Austin Night Market across the way as well, so you go in and, you know, if you're staying over here in this building here, then it's just a walk down the stairs. You get your late night snacks and good vibes. Um, there's more restaurants down this way to the, uh, to the, uh. Wet west, yeah, that's gonna be to the west, but yeah, that's the vibes over here, y'all, um. This is what a rental looks like near 208 Lavaca Street.
