OK, well, we're at Big Stacy Park. This is the intersection of Monroe and Sunset. So this is in the Travis Heights. Area. And, uh, this is the, uh, one of the parks here if you're going to be staying in this area. This is filmed in February. And this is very close. Downtown, very. Popular place. For short term rentals. And as I said, this is East Monroe. That's sunset, and, um, there's a park. Let me just walk up a little bit here. Um, These, these are homes that. Normally have large groups that settle here. For the weekends And um I'm. This this is normally a stream. In the winter in the summer. And uh you can see downtown Austin from up here. So, just to orient, so sorry, this is East Side Drive here. So if you were to stay in this area, just for yourself, you're really between. Congress and First Street. So if you were to walk from here. You'd be walking around. You know, 10 minutes or so to where all the uh bars are and such. So, um, this is gonna be enclave. Again, this is Monroe. And the east side. This is. Intersection of the. Stacy Park. Very nice little homes here. So as we walk up a little bit more on Big Stacy Park, you see the um. You see the homes. And the types of, Homes that line the street here. So, this is, um, Definitely accessible. My most Parking, there's no restrictions of parking. And, um, Let me just walk up a little bit more here. You would, uh, Certainly This area, very local to downtown. So that's Woodland Street there. Very dog friendly. Picnic friendly. So that's Annie and Woodland right there. So, this should give you a sense of this particular, Neighborhood, the path continues down there. So, it gives you a good sense of what it's like. We can definitely set up a picnic. You can, You walk your dogs. And if you were to turn right here. You would be about in the car, you would be 2 minutes away from. Congress and 4 minutes away from 1st Street. And then you can go up there too, but very central and then downtown Austin is over there.
