We're here in Alameda Street, going down to Rosedale, or on Rosedale Street going down to Alameda by Big Stacy Park, Riverside, Travis Heights area. This is a beautiful neighborhood, great trees. Flowers. Got an elementary school right here. The kids are playing. Nice house right here. Some big agave plants over here by the stop sign. Very peaceful neighborhood, very good location. I would definitely stay here if I had a. You know, my Wife and my kids with me, visiting Austin. This is a great area. If you want to stay near Rosedale and Alameda, Travis Heights area. You can, uh, walk right back, right down to the river. Hang out at Big Stacy Park. Great walking neighborhood. Austin's a very walkable city. Um, there's a lot of stuff on South First Congress. It looks like there's plenty of parking on this street.
