Exploring Austin's Hidden Gem: A Review of 51 Waller Street's Neighborhood Character and Curated Art
Mr. G reporting for City Vibe Airbnb at 51 Waller Street. It's right at Waller and Haskell, and uh it's actually there's no uh outdoor address, but it's supposed to be right here, uh, behind this fence. So it's pretty quiet and safe in this area here. Uh, the closest address here is 53, and you have a really nice entrance here. I guess this is how you get to 51 right here, um. But, uh, really, uh, cool, uh, be a lot cooler if you did, really interesting, uh, area and all the yards are really kept they're building a new house there all these houses right nearby look pretty nice.
So 51 Waller is actually really hidden. It's right behind 53 Waller, so most people wouldn't see it, but it's this listing right behind here, and it's got a really funky, eclectic vibe to it. There's lots of parking in the alley, and if you're looking for a real interesting hidden Airbnb with a big yard, uh, this is it right here. It's hidden back there and it looks really nice too.
Mr. G reporting for City Vibe. I'm at 51 Waller Street, and it is about a 6 minute walk to Rainy Street. This is a gentrified neighborhood. I actually live in this neighborhood, um, so it's, it's a safe neighborhood. There's only a few pockets that might be unsafe. Uh, if you're walking at night, you don't want to walk down. Cesar Chavez and I-35 because a lot of homeless people conjugate over there, but other than that it's really safe area and the Airbnb is actually hidden behind these other buildings so it's actually like hard to find and kind of uh you're right in the middle of everything but it's not too dangerous and safe area.
I'm at the Airbnb at 51 Waller Street, and it's a really nice area. There aren't too many houses around here. There's a big 6 ft fence blocking everything. That's 53 Waller Street. To get to 51 Waller Street, the Airbnb, you go through there and it's behind all of there, or you can cut in the alley right there. And some of these houses are just being built, uh, nice little spot. There's no like broken down houses, no deal breakers right here. It looks really good and uh. It's uh I actually live in this neighborhood. It's a, it's a good neighborhood. Uh, you have some uh interesting graffiti there, Howdy. Uh, that's how you get in there for 53. Waller Street. Uh, so 51 Waller Street's a little bit hidden, and there's some really interesting, uh, graffiti there. It'd be a lot cooler if you did. Matthew McConaughey from a famous movie. And um, overall, it's a really good spot. I'd say this is perfect for an Airbnb cause it's hidden. So if you're like a celebrity or something, and you don't want a lot of attention. Then this is a really good area, really good spot for an Airbnb, and I would definitely recommend it.
The Airbnb at 51 Waller Street is a nice area. It seems like there's no litter. They actually sinuses. Don't be a litterbug there, and it's a very eclectic spot. Looks like it has a lot of green yard area, a lot of funky houses and buildings, and 51 waller is actually pretty much hidden behind these other buildings. So if you want to get away from the uh. You know, from the people, but still be right in the middle of the action. 51 Waller is a great spot and I would really, uh, recommend it as well. Uh, this is actually how you would walk in. And uh this is 53 Waller, 51 Waller is located right behind there. But it's a, it's a, it's a good area, it's a good neighborhood. There's no deal breakers. It looks like the yards are in good condition. And everything looks pretty good around here. Um, It's it's a nice area and uh. Very welcoming vibe as well.
Mr. G reporting for City Vibe. I'm at the Airbnb at 51 Waller, and it's actually at 50, it's actually behind 53 Waller to get to it, you'd have to go through the alley right here. I live in this neighborhood, so I can vouch. It is a good neighborhood. It's gentrified. Um, it is about 6 minute walk from Ray. Street, but, uh, there is a couple shady spots maybe at Cesar Chavez and I-35, uh, that you would want to avoid at night. So not many people are walking back from Rainy Street at night. It's a little bit dangerous, a little bit sketch, but overall the neighborhood is really safe, so you won't have any problems. Uh, 51 Rainy Street is, like I said, hidden and. Long way to get there is through this alley right here because it's actually behind 53. So 51 would be over there. You have a nice green lawn out front and nice little area, so it's really hidden, uh, really out of the way if that's what you're looking for, a hidden spot right next to all the action. 51 Rainy Street would work.
