Downtown Austin Scene. Downtown Austin Vibrancy: Explore Walkable Neighborhood Near Congress and 6th Street

All right, what's going on y'all? Uh, this is Joshua here with True Vibe. Once again, we're standing outside, uh, the Capitol Grill and just to show you guys a little bit more of the, uh, Downtown area towards Congress, uh, we are. Yeah, it's a pretty. This is a pretty bustling part of the neighborhood. You got 4th and Colorado right over there, uh, so you got, you know, um, a couple different venues, bars, and stuff like that. You got, um, cafes on there and, uh, halcion, and then you got, uh. Coconut Club and uh Neon grotto. And yeah it's just a pretty chill little uh area it's just really cool. I love this building the way it's designed um but yeah then you also see. Where probably a lot of those bookings are gonna go if you're planning on booking your travel out here, um, you would stay probably somewhere around one of these apartment complexes or this looks like an older building, but then you also have the newer ones, condos, whatnot, um, but yeah, uh, walkability around here is pretty normal. Everybody can walk around and chill. Everything's blocked, you know, pretty close to, uh, you know, Congress over there, about 2 blocks away from 6th Street at this point, and, um, yeah. I think uh. I think if I was staying in this area I'll probably wanna check out that brick building there. I think that one's the coolest looking one, if the price is right, I feel like it would be the most convenient and cost affordable, but also, yeah, you know, we do have these, uh, penthouses. If we can get one of those cheaper, that'd be cool as well, um, but anyways, uh, you see the street parking. Pretty good. You got plenty of places to park. They also got a lot of parking garages, uh, parking lots, so you guys can, uh, do that. And, uh, also the scooters are always gonna be handy. So, um, this is what a rental looks like near 111 West 4th Street in Austin, Texas right now. We're just, uh, giving you guys a view of the neighborhood over here and showing you guys what it's like, uh, near West 4th Street. Uh, see there's lots of apartment complexes and buildings, so if you know, I, I feel like my favorite location looking, looking from outside in, I like this little, uh, brick building here. I feel like it's old, old school Austin, uh. I don't know how old that building has been here, but you know, it looks cool, uh, it looks like it would be like the more cozy, uh, vibes for me and then, uh. Yeah, we got lots of street parking out here, so lots of uh places to go and uh park your car. Um, she got bars, you got uh. Neon Grotto, you got Coconut Club, uh, you got Highland and you got Halcion, uh, you got a, uh. Is it like a THC shop down there, like a smoke shop down there, so it's a, it's got some good, uh, good flexibility around here, and then you're only, I mean, we're right here, a block away from Congress, kind of in the middle of the block between Colorado and 4th, but yeah, uh, anyways, uh, so you're not too far away from the action, but you could still walk. Street walk to, uh, West 6th and go check out those neighborhoods over there, bars, uh, pretty close tight range over here. This is probably like, you know, the heart of the city right in this area. So, um, yeah, if the price is right, I'll probably definitely stay, uh, in that, in that brown building there. I like, I like. The outer aesthetics. I feel like it's, you probably get some cool, interesting decor and uh fun, fun, good times over here. So, um. And then, uh, yeah, other than that, uh.
