All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with True Vibe checking in one more time. We are standing outside of the Colorado Tower, um, right between, uh, Colorado and, oh, well, we're on Colorado between 4th and 3rd, downtown Austin, and, uh, see right across the way, we got the Coconut Club, Neon Grotto, a couple of bars, Chilantro. Um, and right around the corner we've got some more spots over here, so we're just showing you guys a little uh rental check would look like in this area and uh we're gonna walk down to. Uh, Third here and show you guys what the side street looks like. But yeah, uh, great area if you guys want to come hang out and, uh, stay downtown. We've got the Amley Pierce apartment complex, um. Lots of great buildings. So yeah, let's look down here, see what's going on. It's getting down to uh. That rush hour dinnertime vibes and uh yeah there's a lot of shops and a lot of food around this area. We go up to 2nd. We've got a lot of restaurants down here, uh, also uh a couple of restaurants got a sushi spot over here and uh we got True Lux right across the way. This looks like a seafood restaurant. Peace. All right, y'all, so this is Joshua once again with uh TruVibe and uh. Once again we are between 4th and 3rd on Colorado Street and uh let's talk a little bit about the area. We have a trap house. It's a little Jamaican food spot here um and uh yeah, see the little area uh you see it's a little bit busy right now that foot traffic is starting to pick up as everybody gets off of work. Um, but yeah, this is, uh, I mean, if you're staying in this area, you know, you see the club right across the way, Coconut Club, usually have, they have like 5, different spots you can go to, and they're connected to Neon Grotto, uh, you got DJ downstairs, uh, DJ. sometimes upstairs like on the middle row, and then they got the rooftop and then Coconut Club rooftop, they've got a more of like a like a kind of like a dubstep vibe, uh, room over here and uh trap house, uh, great uh Caribbean and Jamaican food right across the way, um, and, uh, yeah, we're not too far away we're, uh, literally. I think about 2 blocks away from uh Congress, uh, so you're really close to the bridge, uh, so you can go check out the bats and, uh, we're still about 2 blocks away from 6th Street or more towards the west side, so if you go down, uh, more west, you'll hit more of the bars and things like that in the area, um. Got coffee down here if you keep going down uh to the left on 4th and yeah it's a good vibe. So, um, if you wanna be right here in the action, this would be a great place to stay for you. Um, I would definitely stay in this area if it was uh, you know. A good value on the pricing. Uh, there are other spots as well, but you see it, it's, uh, it's got a lot of newer buildings are over here, and yeah, it's a good vibe, so. I see all these people walking down here, um. Other than that, yeah, this is, this is, this is a good vibe.
