All right, so I'm right here at this pin um on Rainy Street. This one is at Red River and Cesar Chavez for this area. Um, these are the areas nearby. You have the water line which is under construction. Um The options. We have the Marriott right down the street. This is the Fairmont Hotel. As well, but as you can tell, it is loud. Um, there's a ton of construction going on, lots of traffic in this area, um. Very busy right now. The street is even closed right here, so, um, to make matters worse, it's hard to get in and out of right here in this area. Um, but if you're walking, it's a great walkability. Options for all the bars on Rainy Street just right down the way and then obviously access to the rest of downtown is right here so um very lively pretty much at all times um. But like I said, loud, parking is hard. Um, there's a couple street parking areas, but, um, because of the construction, that's really taken away a lot of it. So, um, it's pretty hard to come by. You know, on the weekends when there's not as much construction going on. Um You definitely would stay in this area. I think, um, the noise level is something to take into consideration though. So if that's something that bothers you, um, or, you know, if you're really going to rely on a car to get around, that would also be something. Uh, but if you're mostly just walking, and you know, you're here for a couple of days and you're gonna be Ubering around, it's a great spot. That.
