UT Austin Area Vibes. Charming Sorority and Student Housing Near UT Austin Offers Quiet Yet Lively Atmosphere

All right, what's going on, y'all? This is Joshua with TruVibe doing our last check over here in the Guadeloupe area, downtown Austin, uh, right by UT and it looks like we are. Right in front of uh or right in the like area where there's a lot of sororities and sororities, uh. And then we got some more student housing over here. It looks like we got a lot of people walking, uh. Between classes or headed home for the days. That's 12:49, so I guess might still have some more classes, but um. Yes, still a lot of uh students. You got In N-Out right there, world famous right down the way, um, as well we have uh Whataburger. And uh yeah it looks pretty cool over here. It's like they got a liquor store and uh an Nueces Mart and uh just a couple other things there but it's pretty, pretty chill slow moving everybody's pretty uh pretty quiet. It's a beautiful day out so. It's a good day to walk and uh there's a nice breeze supporting us, so, yeah, uh. Let's check out this. I think this is another side of another frat house or whatever. And You know what, I'm pretty sure on this corner up here on the right is a sorority, um, but yeah, if we walked down to, uh, This road, yeah, it's a pretty chill over here. Uh, if I was staying here, I'll probably stay more towards the, uh, The the west side, um. Although, yeah, some of these apartments probably might be available for, you know, Airbnbs or whatever, so it's a good little vibe and uh. Yeah, we're just checking it out over here. It's not too much going on. I, I haven't noticed like any grocery stores or anything like that. I think like, you know, I kind of, you know, would like to see something like that, but yeah, this is a, yeah, this is another sorority house. It's really nice. Looks like it's been recently painted or something like that, updated, and, uh, yeah, just people outside doing their homework and Chilling and back over there is a Whataburger and uh. Yeah, just a couple shops over here, locksmith, so pretty close, barbershop, and yeah, just chilling vibes. So, anyways, uh, if the price is right, yeah, I guess I could say this area. Like I said, there's a lot of shops and stores and stuff like that, so. Uh, you see that and you got plenty of food and bars and, uh, relaxing places to chill, so come check it out. That cool car back there, really cool. Um, it's like a Corvette. Anyways, uh, that's gonna wrap us up for, uh, this area.
