Yeah, looks pretty nice over here as well. I know what tree this is, but these the purple flowers are. Awesome, beautiful, smelling good, so we didn't. Blooming as of late, so. Cool to see that. Um, the trees are coming back. We're gonna get some rain, so we're gonna get some water here. Here in a second. A couple of days. And uh let's walk down a side street, Milton. Let's see what we got over here. Got a cool rooster. Statue over there. But yeah, seems pretty chill. this way. People riding bikes through. And pretty, pretty nice day. Got some nice houses, uh. Looks like everything is pretty newer over in this area. There's a couple of houses look like they've been here for a while, but just maybe got updated and whatnot, but um. Yeah, for the most part, it looks like it's a lot of newer, newer homes on this side as well. And South First has a lot of great new houses to choose from. So, um, but yeah, if the price is right, definitely would stay in this area. Uh, seems like a chill vibe, good place to. Come and hang out and chill for the day and not be too far away from all the action and. Got Lady Bear Lake about 10-15 minutes away. Close to Zilker another.
