Austin Streetscape. Exploring Urban Life: Streetscape Near Red River and Cesar Chavez in Austin

All right, what's going on everyone? This is Joshua. We're once again, give you guys a tour of the, uh, Red River Rainy Street area and, uh, we're standing here at the corner of Red River and Cesar Chavez and, uh. Uh, a lot of construction still going on, finishing up, but, uh, this is ironworks. Uh, it's an older, uh, barbecue joint, really good food. I see the sky bridge up here that used to connect to the now, uh, gone convention center used to be back up, but. hotel and Couple of events centers. Go. A lot of people still come in from conventions in this building on the left, um, but yeah, just to give you guys a view of everything, seeing the traffic. Um, I'd say like, uh, like I said, it's. first s. Just pulling it out, it's gonna be really cool. This little walkway that goes through. That leads all the way down the River Lake. And uh Takes you back up towards the bike trails, uh, on the other side of. I guess this walkway here, but. Yeah, good times, just walked by, see some turtles, see some herons. Yeah, it's good little vibes over here, um, but yeah, if it, you know, if there was something here, the price is right, I definitely would probably, you know, want to stay in some, in one of these little condos up here and, uh, you know, relax. We've got some good, some good spots, like I said, it's pretty close to everything. Uh, you walk down, probably about, uh. We're probably about a 10-minute walk to get to the Congress Bridge so you can go see the backs. And uh walked that Lake Lake trail. We'll talk to you guys, uh, but yeah, other than that, yeah, great views from the skyscrapers staying up in these buildings you get.
