All right, what's going on, y'all? This is Joshua with True Vibe, and we are standing here at near 1608 Canterbury Street in Austin, Texas, and we are just, yeah, just, uh, showing you guys a little bit of the area. Um, it's going one of these, uh, side streets down here, so it looks like, uh, a lot of these places have like their driveway access to get into it on the backside, um, which is cool. Looks like you got some good yard space in some of these. Um, this one looks like an empty lot. It looks like they're. Maybe about to build on it here pretty soon. Looks like a new project underway, yeah. So, haven't broken ground yet, but. We've got some cool little spots in the area, uh, this looks like a nice little mini guest house type of thing, so. So go spin around here and see if we can see. Over the fence, now it looks like not, but. Um, got back gate access. This is 1613. Yeah, uh, great show. Pretty quiet. Doesn't seem to be any dogs out or anything like that. Um, But yeah, pretty quiet neighborhood. And, uh, The people over there on that side. Yeah. So, it's pretty quiet out here. It is a chilly day, um. That little cold front came through last night, but. Um, yeah, it seems pretty isolated over here. Looks like there's some nice houses, looks like it's, you know, pretty quiet and chill. It's not too many, uh, people walking through here, um. Or shady shady characters or anything like that. Um, so yeah, it'd be a good little place to walk and or Stay and You know, it's, you know, pretty, pretty quiet for the most part, so it'd be a good spot to come and, um, relax if you wanted to.
