Austin Rental Check. Exploring Austin's Quiet and Cozy Neighborhood Near 1307 West 12th Street

All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua TruVibe. We are continuing our tour of the West downtown side of Austin and just coming into more of a Deeper into the neighborhood over here is actually pretty cool. Still quiet, still chilling, uh. So, yeah, I I do kind of like these vibes over here, so still more of these older houses, um. Which could be interesting. I don't know, you know, you, you're gonna get some. Some more cozy home feels, you know, feel like you're just like, you know, just chilling in the neighborhood, um. But this is cool. I like this, like this little. Elm trees or I don't know what that's a. Pecan country, it might be um. Yeah, this little arch though, it's really cool. It's kind of like uh where I would shoot a music video or something. Uh, yeah, this is a pretty quiet like uh area. I haven't even heard a dog barking, but there's probably some around there, probably some kitties as well. Um, but you know, plenty of street parking, um, not crowded at all, um, but yeah, I would totally stay in this area if the price is right. Um, I feel like, uh, yeah, most of the Most of these homes, they seem like they would be. It's again, it's not like. You know, if you wanna be in a a place where you're not, uh, Surrounded by too many things and you can feel like. You went downtown, but then you also just like are in this completely different place. This is a good neighborhood, um, it doesn't look like, you know, there's a lot of homeless people around or people trying to break into your cars or anything like that, but yeah, just a slow moving, simple traffic, speed bumps everywhere, elementary school in the area, parks fly, yeah, it's a good move.
