East Austin Insight. Exploring East Austin: A Glimpse Into the Neighborhood Near 2509 East 2nd Street

All right, what's going on everybody? This is Joshua checking in with TruVibe one more time, showing you guys a little bit of the area around Cesar Chavez and Pedernales. Uh, right now, we are just walking through the neighborhood and showing you a look at some of these short-term rentals and Uh, Airbnbs and. Giving you guys a view of the neighborhood. Uh, right now we're walking up towards San Saba on 2nd, and yeah, it's a, it's a large difference between, uh, The The uh amount of noise level just one block away, so. Um, Yeah, but it seems a little bit, a little bit quieter. Um, we're gonna walk down here to San Saba and show you guys a side road. So you guys can see what we're looking at here. Down here, if you walk straight ahead. Is uh. Park going down that way and then uh. Right there, a block away, that's Cesar Chavez. And yeah, so you're still pretty close to the action, pretty close to the, the neighborhood where you can go and grab some food or Go check out. You know, some live music or whatever, um, bars and stuff like that, uh. But yeah, uh, it's much quieter over here. I still, I would want to be a little bit deeper in. Towards the uh. North side of here, um, but. Yeah, if the price is right, uh, I definitely stay in this area because, you know, it's still close to downtown and, um, you know. Easy access to get to 6th Street, which is about, you know, well, 4 blocks away, 4 blocks north. So, yeah, pretty cool little spot, cool area, um, and this neighborhood seems a little bit quieter, not too much going on. Um.
