Alright, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with TruVibe, and we are on the corner of 4th and Nueces, uh, standing right in front of Royal Blue. I don't know if you guys caught that, but that was an albino squirrel just climbing up the tree. Well, just laying down up there right now. But yeah, uh, the lady said he hangs out over here a lot, so that's pretty cool. Do you wanna. Come see the elusive. White squirrel and uh a good uh. This is the neighborhood to find him. Um, looks across the street we got LZR, um, it looks like it may be a restaurant of some type. Uh, I don't see a front door, but. Looks like it's closed right now. Um, and other than that, just another bridge is taking you guys over this way. Um, you see a couple of apartment buildings and, um. A little bit of street parking over here as well. So, um, but yeah, this is a good little area to stay. It looks like, uh, like I said, there's a lot of options as far as like things to go, like food and restaurants and whatnot.
