Quiet and Mixed Architectural Styles: Exploring Dexter and Bluebonnet in Austin's Barton Springs Area
All right, what's going on everyone? This is Joshua with TruVibe once again, and we are still showing you guys some of the Barton Springs area. Right now we're on Dexter and Bluebonnet, uh, and, uh, yeah, just checking out some of the rental properties in the area. Uh, you see, it's very quiet. Um, a lot of these houses, uh, do seem to be. Uh, You know, kind of like there's a, it's like a mixture between this modern and these old school style homes with they're like single story, um. But then yeah, we've got some uh some newer updated versions of them that look like. Like the new school version of it and that's, that's kind of really cool. And we got some of these newer architecture homes back here as well, but still very big homes like maybe, you know. 3 to 4 bedroom houses, um. Um, very isolated. Uh, it's, it's also, I've never been to this side of Austin before, so it's like cool to see these little quiet neighborhoods that are very, very accessible, very easy to get to, um. So yeah, uh, you see us plenty of street parking in the area, so if you're bringing multiple vehicles, you'd have plenty of places to park, um, and yeah, you know, uh, if, if the price is right, I would definitely stay in this area. Um, but this is what a rental near 1007 Blue Bonnet Lane in Austin, Texas looks like right now. And uh if you want your own rental check, please go to truvibe.me and get your custom video proof, and we'll talk to you guys later. Peace.
