Austin Neighborhood Living. Quiet Austin Locale Offers Modern Living Amidst Active Construction

All right, what's going on y'all? Check out those cool sculptures there. Uh, this is Joshua with True Vibe, and, uh, we are exploring the uh final little destination in the West 6th area. Got Kitty on the porch over there just hanging out. He's like, oh, you're interrupting my bath. Anyways, um, but yeah, no, uh, so more of the same, it's pretty quiet. We also still got a couple of uh houses for sale. There's a house for sale down here, and we got this one going up and and it's still under construction. They're getting an update or building this house right now, which looks pretty close to done. It's like they're doing some interior work. I'm building a, building the balcony out. But uh, yeah, pretty chill over here, not too much uh. Noise for the most part, it's a cool looking house right here. know if that's available, but Yeah, nobody moved in yet? Yeah, so we got a couple of houses, we got about 3 houses that aren't occupied so far. And Yeah. Can't tell with this one, but. Yeah, a couple, a couple of options over here, especially if you're, I mean, if you're looking to move in the area, you know, you might wanna look this a little area up. It's got some, got some good options over here, so. Um, Anyways, uh, yeah, if the price is right, I'd definitely stay over here. Um, there's a park across the way. Uh, we're on, uh, Matfrey. It's the name of the street, and, uh, Yeah, just showing everybody what it looks like, um, in the area. It's uh Pretty chill. We're still about, you know, 10 minutes away from the main strip of everything, um, for 6th Street and, uh, South Lamar. Uh, you can take that over to get to the south side of Austin or Congress, uh, um, area. And Southmore's got a whole bunch of shops and stores and cafes and great food as well. So, you know, you're not too far away. It's, I feel like, you know, Austin's a very small city, so you can find cool things to do and Uh, pretty much any direction you can go, but, um, Yeah, this is the west side over here, so that's what we're showing you today. This is the house that was for sale. Pretty big, looks cool. Um, yeah.
