All right, I'm here at uh the Penn, which is pretty much right at the Doherty Arts Center, right on Barton Springs, um, This area doesn't have a ton of options. For for homes, um. It's more of like a business area. There is a park right here, um. Right next to the art center, um. In addition to, uh, A good amount of parking, but this is paid parking, so, um. City parking, so you can pay like on the meter or with the Park ATX app, um. But it's definitely hard to find a, you know, easy or, uh, free parking in this area. Since this is a very, you know, desirable area, um. It is very clean, um, like I said, it is busy though. Parking is starting to come by and it's pretty much always busy, um, but very walkable. There's lots of shops, um, in this area right here on Barton Springs. Um, Terry Black's Barbecue is right there, which is one of, you know, the most popular restaurants in the city. So, um, you have easy access to that and, uh, El Alma, another Mexican restaurant, so lots, um, to do in this area, easily walkable, um. I would definitely stay in this area if the price is right, but like I said, um, specifically right here, there, um, there's not a ton of options for, um. You know, uh, Airbnbs or short-term rentals, things like that. There's a few apartment complexes, but this specific area is a little, um, hard to come by in terms of those. Um, it's mostly shopping and, you know, eating. Um This is what, uh, a rental near Toomey Road East, uh, near South Lamar in Barton Springs in Austin, Texas, 78704 is really like right now.
