They have a local book, book drop here. So for you readers. That's very cool. I like that. Always a good thing, maybe catch a new book, leave one, take one type of deal. Um, but yeah, we're showing you guys the, uh, the area over here. Seems like there's probably like a, you know, maybe like a guest house situation or a house, you know, both, whatever, but you got some really, uh, really cool looking, uh, homes and I like this little alley. I love alleyways like this in Austin where it's just kind of whatever. It does seem like some of these spaces probably could, uh, Be kept up a little bit better. I don't know if anybody lives in that house there, but, um. Yeah, just, uh. Good vibes. I haven't been, you know, I've, I've never been actually on this street before, but it does seem like it's uh pretty cool. Um, and we, we talked about, you know, like a lot of the, uh The places to uh. Go, you know, we're still really close to the action, but this is, this is somewhere you would wanna stay if you just, you know, you're just coming into town and you could, uh, you know, have the piece if you want, but also like do things if you, if you wanna do things like go to a bar or um check out 6th Street and uh Whatnot. But yeah, some of the homes, it's a good mix between some of them, you, you know, this one looks like a little bit newer built location, um, but then yeah, you got these like older colonial style houses that look really cool, man.
