All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with TruVibe once more. We are standing in front of the Camden right here on Rainey and Driscoll Street. And, uh, just show you guys a little bit of the view, uh, what's going on over here. Um, yeah, uh. It's gonna be uh like, we're still, you know, right at the edge of Rainey, so we're right at the top of the street, and, uh, it's not too much traffic going on right now, but it does get, it does get loud and active over here. Um, Camden's got a lot of apartments, looks like it goes, covers this whole block, um, but really, You know, I like the red brick building, so it seems like it's kind of like one of those cooler little spots. Right here, this little blue building right there is IHOP, so you're in the mood for some late night eats, um, but, uh, yeah, there's a lot of good spots here, um, a lot of patio seating, uh, street parking, uh, scooters, everything like that. So there's plenty of ways to get around, but very walkable to, you can walk from one end of Rainy Street, uh, down to the other side. And uh back probably in about 30 minutes if you really just jam it out. And uh yeah, got a little bit of construction going on here. Uh, looks like they're doing a demolition and then maybe a rebuild or whatever, but, uh, right in front of us, you see this tall tower on the right. That is the tallest building in Austin, it's 84 stories high, just completed, and they're still working down around the ground level over there, but Uh, yeah, you see it.
