All right. All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with TruVibe. One more time, and we're coming at you from 3rd and San Jacinto, uh, showing you guys a view of the area, uh, and, uh, the neighborhood, show you guys what's going on, uh, to do this rental check. Uh, so you see we're standing outside of, uh, J Prime Steakhouse, um, Texas, uh, we got, we got, we got a lot of steakhouses out here. Um, but, uh, yeah, across the way we've got, you know, a sushi spot, uh, Mai Thai, coffee spot, PF Chang's, um, and then we got all these, uh, all these hotels down here. They have some great restaurants, um, JW Marriott's around the corner. Uh, the Hyatt, uh, we got the, uh, the other Marriott over there, um, then we got some of these, uh, little side street, uh, cafes, and then if you go down, I think, to 2nd, hit the left, we got, uh, Gus’s Famous Fried Chicken down there, great little spot to get some chicken. Affordable, good meal, good staff, um, good times. Uh, we are, uh, in the, uh, midst of a, uh, major construction project happening over here. As they took down the, uh, convention center and so they've, uh, it's not even there anymore, it's completely gone, but, uh, usually a lot of construction going on there, a lot of dust, whatever, but then if you go, uh, over here all the way up to 4th hang a right, um, you're right there by the, the bus station and sorry, let me get you guys a better view, but, uh. Yeah, not the bus station, but the, the light rail train, um, that runs all the way up to North Austin and Leander, and, uh, yeah, you can go up there, catch, catch that train right up all the way to the domain, um, which is a cool little shopping, uh, space up there. Um, we also have, uh, one of my favorite, uh, stores out here, Royal Blue Grocers. Uh, they, they've got all this good stuff, they're usually open till midnight, um. Some locations. I don't know about all locations, but uh. Um, Royal Blue is always good. They have, um, you know, fresh paninis and pizza and snacks and just are, uh, basic real good convenience needs. Prices are a little bit higher on certain things, but. That's how convenience stores work. Uh, but yeah, that's a, it's a good one. good staff, usually everybody's pretty friendly. Um, so as far as accessibility, walking around, getting around, we told you guys about the train, um, there's also, you know, plenty of scooters, plenty of street parking, um, if you're, uh, Yeah. Around, but you see a lot of people walking on bikes doing everything. You got the bike lane here, so. That's the vibe, y'all. Uh, anyways, uh, we're gonna wrap this up.
