This is one of the entrances to Stacy Park actually. Um, it's a very small park, but it has a lot of nice little trails right downtown. In Austin, this is one of, these are the houses that line the Alameda Drive. Alameda Drive starts all the way down there. That's downtown Austin. So we're minutes away from downtown Austin. In that vicinity is 1st and Street and also Congress. So you're about 5 minutes from in car from all those bars in downtown. And these are the types of homes around here. Um, there's construction in this area. There's a lot of redevelopment of homes. Yeah, but you get a pretty good sense. Of the types of homes you would get. Um, again, this is Alameda and Fairmount. There's no parking restrictions here. Um, you're probably. Going to find a lot of these um smaller bungalows. Um, some of them are definitely redeveloped. And uh you're on this particular street, you're, you are hugging this small, nice park. Which in the summer. It's very nice as well. There's a stream that runs down there. OK.
