In Austin, Texas, and uh we have a rental check that we're doing over here in this area. uh and uh yeah, just showing you guys more of the neighborhood. So you have these nice Big houses over here. These are, these are looking like houses where you could have like a large group or something like that. So if you're booking like a corporate event, um, Looks like they got plenty of space, backyards, really quiet, good place to like, you know. Get away, be secluded, but also have a barbecue and enjoy yourself and. You're not too far away from the, from the busyness of downtown, but this is, this is a good range. This is, you know, something that's not in the city, but You could probably get like a better price because it's not directly, you know, downtown or whatever. Um, see that. Just really big houses back here. And, uh, Yeah, this is, uh, the tree has a no outlet. Looks like it leads down to just uh. Little wooded area over here, but yeah, um. Seems quiet, uh, walkable. There's not a lot of shops nearby. Like I said, I showed you guys earlier, it looks kind of more like a bunch of salons and businesses and, um. That type of deal, but um. You know, there's a Whole Foods, again, like 1015 minutes away. So, you know, get your groceries and come over here and chef it up for yourself and uh Yeah, enjoy yourself, enjoy the enjoy the quiet, bring the family, or bring your You know, business team, whatever. It's kind of a retreat area vibes, um. But yeah, definitely would stay in this area if the Price is Right and uh. Enjoy myself. So, uh, this is what a rental near 1607 West 8th Street in Austin, Texas looks right, right, looks like right now. So we got the uh Dog and cat statue over here.
