All right, what's going on everyone? This is Joshua with TruVibe, and we are on the corner of Woodland Avenue and Travis Heights Boulevard, and we're just doing a rental check, checking out the area, checking out the neighborhood, show you guys what it looks like in Austin, Texas right now. In this area, so. Yeah, um, we came down Woodland Avenue, uh. The, uh Monroe right off of South Congress, so we're not too far away from South Congress right now. Uh, it's a pretty. Pretty cool, quiet little area though, back in this neighborhood, there's lots of beautiful houses and. Pretty quiet, pretty quiet morning, Saturday morning, so everybody's probably sleeping in. But uh. Yeah. I'm gonna walk down here to Monroe again, show you guys a little side streets. You you guys see around the corner, but, uh. It's pretty cool over here. It's uh a little breezy this morning, but it's supposed to get up to 80 today and It's kind of a beautiful day to. Take a walk and Check out the neighborhood. So we've got a good mixture of, uh, well, a lot of these houses look. Maybe, you know, like they've been here for a while, 70s, 80s. Something like that. Somewhere around there, it looks like a pretty. Well established little neighborhood. Um, It goes down. This will go straight down to uh. South Congress But yeah, uh If you want to stay near Travis Heights Boulevard in Woodland Avenue, this is what it feels like right now. This actually seems to be a pretty, uh, Pretty busy street. It's a lot of uh through traffic going, going by, but there's a lot of people, uh. Probably like a little main, one of the main roads through here, um, and, uh. Yeah, we're just uh giving you guys an idea of the area. Like I said, uh, if you go, uh, West of here where I'm standing, I'll take you towards uh South Congress, and that's where You'll find a lot of uh. A lot of cool places to go hang out. Uh, the Congress Bridge, go check out the bats. Uh, the Congress Bridge will take you into downtown, so you can make it down to 6th Street, uh, or you can go, uh, you know, just stay on South Congress and go check out C-Boys or, uh. Any of the other, there's uh the Continental, it's another jazz (*live music) club, so there's a lot of stuff in the area to do, um, and you're not too far away from the action, but I, you know, if the price is right, I would definitely stay around here. Uh, I think there's some pretty nice homes over in this area. You'd probably find something that's nice, uh, if you, uh, are looking to stay near South Congress, um.
