Austin Street View. Exploring Austin's Charming 306 West Annie Street Neighborhood: A Blend of Old and New

All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with TruVibe once again, and we are Right now we're on West Andy Street and we're just showing you guys a view of the neighborhood. Um, as you see, there's, uh, some really nice big homes over here. This place got lots of yard. So, um, yeah, big, big backyards, bigger houses, um, it's really cool. So, anyways, uh, Yeah, it's uh, you hear, it's pretty quiet. It seems like a little bit of a busier road, it's not like a side street, so it seems like there's a little bit more traffic coming through, but, um, it looks pretty cool over here. That's this really old house, but then you have some of these newer houses and Um Yeah, there's a couple of places for rent. So Good area if you're looking over here, we got 3 units, main house, bungalow, and a tree house. So, it's possible that that could be like an Airbnb. From time to time, maybe short term rental. Um, but yeah, uh. Right now we are walking up, we're pretty much close to. As that truck goes by, we're, uh, close to South first, um, and, uh, it looks like there's a, you know, a little bit of traffic over there, a little bit of people hanging out, but other than that, um, it's pretty quiet. Let's go look at this bridge here and see what, see what we see. Supersed the wildlife of water. Got a guy in the hammock over there. Yeah, just a little creek over here. Not too much going on.
