Uh, yeah, just walking around the area to show you guys some of the, uh, the views. We got Trotter house over here. And uh some of these uh. Newer updated apartment. Down here, uh. And uh yeah, it's a good vibe. Let's do a check down there. Um, but yeah, no, it seems like this is a little bit more higher traffic area. This is a lot, it seems like a lot of students live in this area, um, and, um, we've got a few shops down here. If you keep going down, there's little restaurants down the way, you know, there's, um, some cafes and coffee shops, whatnot, um, and, uh. Yeah, it's kind of cool. I feel like this would be a good, a good route to take if you guys want the, uh. More shaded path, got lots of trees and everything holding us down, um. You see those Greek initials, it must be a fraternity or. Sorority, not sure which one, but. Um, Yeah, uh, very walkable area. We got scooters down here. Uh, this is a one-way, so it's going uh one direction, but this is, uh, yeah, this is what it looks like right now, um, near Leon Street in West 28th in Austin, Texas right now.
