Taylor Street Tour. Exploring the Quiet Mix of Modern and Older Homes at Taylor Street, Austin

And I didn't want to go to the point without showing you guys. Some of these cool houses over here. That were on the way. It's a pretty cool little area. Um, right back there was a, they have a park, a Sanchez Park. And it's part of a Sanchez Elementary School, so. Cool little spot, uh, you take your dog over there if you got a dog, you're bringing him by. It's a good place. They got fences and everything like that, so it's pretty cool. Cool little spot to hang out, plenty of trees, good spot to stay in the summertime. We got some very shaded areas. Got some people doing some uh Some yard work over here. It's like planting some uh. Some plants and got some trees going on, planters, um, but yeah. It's a cool little neighborhood. We got some, uh, some newer homes. We could mix of some older homes, but. Most of them look pretty updated as well. And uh it's very quiet over here, um. Not too bad, not too bad. This one's pretty cool. So yeah. Uh, We are probably. And say. 3 blocks south of. Cesar Chavez and about. 3 blocks. East of. River Rainey Street, so. Let's see, uh, We're coming up to Taylor and Cross. Gonna do a little 360 for you guys, show you what's going on. Yeah, lots of nice houses over here. This one's for sale, in case you're interested. Uh, Yeah, so, so it's actually kind of cool. It looks like it's like a I mean, the, the, the yard could use some work, but. It looks like it's like a condemned house, but it's actually just kind of got this little tree house kind of vibe to it. They've got these vines going up, uh. Uh, To, uh, give shade and coverage, uh, but it looks really nice, uh, anyways. So 360. Very quiet And uh very chill.
