Austin Street Tour. Exploring East 2½ Street: A Quiet Residential Haven in Austin, TX

All right, what's going on everyone? This is Joshua with TruVibe hanging out with this beautiful cat here. Got a lot of kitties in the neighborhood, but, um, we're on 2nd and the Half Street and Robert T. Martinez and just showing you guys a view of a property over here and, uh, it's pretty quiet. It's just kind of a little. Cul de sac, I guess in a way, um, but. Not too much going on. This looks like a beautiful property is. You know, single level home, but then they got this little back thing going. It's very, very courtyard like, very cool looking view. Got the little pup guarding everything. Beware of that guy. Probably make. Make your day not happy, you know what I'm saying? Anyways, it's just a church in the area, um, and we're about 2 blocks away from Cesar Chavez, so, um, Over there, you know, we got more shops and restaurants and everything like that, I believe. There's a, yeah, there's like a little food truck and. Um, High high noon. And drinks lounge. Uh, some food trucks, and yeah, just a good time. I'll show you guys this, uh, end of this block here. You see the church over there. Looks pretty cool. Looks like it's been there for a while. Uh, traffic coming down. And then you have to block that second light down there. That's gonna be Cesar Chavez elementary school. Just a couple more houses in the area, so. One of my favorite, those alleyways, man. Anyways, uh, it doesn't seem too sketchy over here. It seems pretty quiet, pretty chill over here. You know, east, east side is, you know, it's a neighborhood of respect and stuff like that. So I feel like a lot of people respect each other's space and property. In a lot of ways, so it's not like a lot of. Craziness going on, but anyways, that's gonna wrap up our video for the East Side and this collection of rental checks.
