Austin Rental Check. Exploring a Quiet Rental Area in the Heart of Austin’s Residential District

All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with TruVibe. We're standing outside of 705 Blanco Street, right here at the corner of 8th. Got a little cat over there taking a nice siesta. It's 4 o'clock, so. It's pretty chill over here, pretty quiet neighborhood. Doesn't seem like there's too much traffic that goes through here. Um, this is properties for sale here, just listed, um. But yeah, uh Looks like it could use a little work, um, but we got, you know. Uh, it seems like a pretty cool thing. I don't know, this truck might be a little loud. It just looks like it could be a little loud, um. And uh. Yeah, other than that, it looks like we got some, maybe some offices up the way, something like that in the back. Oh no, they're, they're apartments. So yeah, another apartment complex back there, which is kind of cool. We got some more houses over here on the left side. Oh, sorry, that sun is crazy for the light. Um, But we got more houses over here. And I don't know if we're gonna get around that sun, but. Um. Yeah, look at that house. That's cool. So, we got a good mixture of all the, all the new homes, and there we go. Get that sun out. We'll get you guys that 360 view of where we're at. See, downtown is right there at the top. That skyline peeking through just a little bit. Um, But yeah, this is what it looks like over here. Um, It's pretty isolated, you know, it's kind of, you know. Got a nice little, it's like a little valley over here in a way, cause you come down that hill and it's a little pocket of quiet neighborhood. So we like to have for that relaxation.
